THE SHOOTING SEED MEDITATION

This is the second in The Tree Meditation/Visulisations

~ Find a nice quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed.

~ Get yourself comfortable, sitting or standing is best, but if laying down is what feels good to you then go for it!

~ Close your eyes and focus on your breath and take a few moments to just let yourself relax.

~ Take in a deep breath through the nose, by pushing out your abdominal muscles, starting from the very bottom at your base chakra, up through your diaphragm to the very top of your chest, filling your body completely.

~ Slowly push the breath out through the mouth, by pulling in your muscles starting from the very bottom up through your body until all the breath is out.

The out breath should be slower and take a little longer than the in breath.
Tune into the rhythm of your heart if you can , breath in for 6 or 7 beats and out for 7 or 8 beats (less if you what, more if you can) and exhale completely.

~ Repeat the deep breaths 3 or 4 times then let you breathing flow back to it’s natural rhythm.

~ Shift your focus to your heart, feeling the love that’s within you (if you find this difficult bring into your thoughts what fills you with love and hold onto that feeling while letting the thought pass)

~ Take a moment to fill yourself with this emotion. Let it expand through your entire being. This is your love let it wash over you.

~ Now return your consciousness to your breath. Follow it in through you nostrils expanding your torso.

~ As you slowly relax into this out breath follow not the expelled carbon dioxide, but the life giving oxagen deeper into your body. Feel it flowing through every vein and capillary out to your skin.

~ Repeat this breathing until a pulsation is felt. Relax in this state for as long as you need.

~ Return your consciousness to your breath. Feel it as it just enters you nose feel the cold sensation in your sinuses.

~ As you relax into the warming out breath follow the oxygen as it enters your face and brain.

~ Place the tongue to the soft part of the roof of the mouth.

~ Breath in. Feel the cold air enter you following down your throat.

~ Relax into the out breath. Feel it radiate warmth from the throat chakra where the top and middle dan tien meet.

~ Breath in. Follow the cold air into your chest.

~ Slowly relax into the breath out. Feel it radiating its warmth out through your chest. The middle Dan Tien.

~ Follow the breath down the the meeting of the middle and the bottom Dans.

~ Radiate the breath out from here.

~ Follow the breath down to the lower Dan.

~ Feel the warmth as the vital life force fills your lower Dan with higher vibrations brought down by your consciousness through the heart from the limbic system.

~ With the next in breath feel a shoot push down to your genitals. They may slightly quiver or be totally orgasmic.

~ Feel the heat from the out breath as the shoot pushes though. Feel the sensation flow down your legs guiding your tap root into the earth.

~ With each out breath grow your shoot a little further into the earth.

~ With each in breath pull up through your roots the love and nourishment from our Mother.

~ Pull it up through the channel created as we brought our consciousness down. Pause at your lower Dan.

~ Pull up the love through to your heart center the middle Dan. Pausing feel the love and warmth filling your being.

~ Pull up to your Upper Dan. Feel the vibrations speed up as they burst through your crown sending the first branch into the fractal universe.

~ Stay in this state for as long as desired.

~ When you are ready start to become aware of the sensations in your energy body. A smooth two way torus flow of energy from the top to bottom/bottom to top simultaneously.

~ Find your natural balance point in your chest, you will know this intuitively.

~ Feel love, warmth and strength radiate through your body and filling your aura.

~ Slowly bring yourself back to a waking state.

~ Sit quietly for a few moments and enjoy the peaceful stillness.

* Note down how you feel, what where your experiences and thoughts during and after your visualization for future personal work as this technique may take a few sittings to become second nature as blocks can arise as with any self advancement.
